Mom's Club is a community introduction platform for adults. We process the information you provide: account details, profile information, avatar, coarse town or postcode location, tags, languages, gender, self-reported childcare training, private date of birth, requests and optional helper requirements, messages, blocks, reports, events, RSVPs, and saved filter preferences. Date of birth is kept private and used only for age matching; it is not displayed to other members. Do not post identifying details about children, exact home addresses, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

Supabase provides authentication, storage, and database hosting, and Vercel hosts the application. Session, language, and saved-filter cookies are strictly necessary for the requested features; we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. A nightly retention sweep anonymises open or accepted requests more than six months past their expiry, anonymises resolved requests after twelve months, and removes old messages and orphan messages after twelve months.

You can correct your profile or permanently erase your account from the Profile page. Account deletion cascades to your requests, messages, avatar objects, and terms-acceptance records. Terms acceptance records contain the account, version, and timestamp so consent can be demonstrated; we do not store IP addresses for this purpose. During this invitation-based test the founder operates Mom's Club privately and is the data controller. For privacy questions, contact the operator through the Contact page.
